	TERMS OF USE OF QUICK FILM BUDGET, INC. 1. BINDING EFFECT. This is a binding agreement. By using the Internet site located at www.quickfilmbudget.com (the “Site”) or any services provided in connection with the Site (the “Service”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as they may be amended by Quick Film Budget, Inc. Company’s service is provided only as an estimate based on the information provided by you. Company also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue its service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you. 4. NO RESALE.
